If you register using a third-party service like Google or GitHub, we will collect the information they provide to us, such as your name and email address.

b. App Data Stored Locally

To provide an offline-first experience and sync your progress, we store application data on your device using your browser's localStorage. This data includes:

• Your progress through lessons and topics.
• Your practice session history, including messages and scores.
• Custom personas you create.

c. Usage Data

We may use third-party service providers, such as an analytics provider, to monitor and analyze the use of our Service. This is not yet implemented, but may be in the future to help us improve the app.

3. How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the application to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Sync your progress across devices.
• Email you regarding your account or order.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. We may share information with third-party vendors and other third-party service providers that perform services for us or on our behalf, such as:

• Supabase: We use Supabase for authentication and database services. Your user account information (email, hashed password, and any data you provide via third-party login) is stored with them. You can view their privacy policy here.

5. Data Storage and Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to safeguard your personal information. Your core application data (progress, sessions, etc.) is stored in your browser's localStorage and synced to your account in our Supabase database. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data.

You can manage your account information from your profile page within the application. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at the email address below.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
