How to Exercise Your Rights in the App

Delete Your Account (Erasure):

  1. Navigate to your Profile page in the Articulate app
  2. Scroll to the "Account Settings & Privacy" section at the bottom
  3. Click "Delete Account"
  4. Follow the confirmation prompts (you'll need to type your email to confirm)
  5. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately

Export Your Data (Data Portability):

  1. Navigate to your Profile page in the Articulate app
  2. Scroll to the "Account Settings & Privacy" section at the bottom
  3. Click "Export Data"
  4. Your data will be downloaded as a JSON file containing all your Articulate data

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your progress, XP, streaks, badges, custom scenarios, and practice data will be permanently deleted. If you're experiencing issues, please contact support before deleting your account.

Articulate is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

Articulate uses localStorage and sessionStorage to store preferences and session data locally on your device. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
