How do I manage or cancel my Mend Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, select Mend, and you can change or cancel there. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date stops the next charge.

Is my journal private?

Your journal entries and mood history are yours. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what is stored, where, and how it's used.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email annabelle.le.anh@gmail.com from the address tied to your account and we'll permanently delete your account and associated data.

I lost my data / switched phones — can I get it back?

If you created an account, your synced mood logs and AI-coach memory are restored when you sign back in. Data kept only on your previous device (and not synced) cannot be recovered.

The daily reminder isn't firing

Make sure notifications are allowed for Mend in Settings → Notifications → Mend, and that a reminder time is set in the app under notification preferences.
