Yes. Your data is stored in Supabase with row-level security, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. AI features route through a secure edge function — your API keys are never exposed client-side. In guest mode, all data stays in your browser's local storage.
Yes. Tap "Continue as Guest" on the login screen. All your data will be stored locally on your device. Note that guest data does not sync across devices and may be lost if you clear your browser data.
Smart Scan uses Google Gemini AI to read bank statement screenshots or PDF files. It detects currencies (VND, USD, etc.), amounts, merchants, and categories automatically. The image is processed through our secure edge function and is not stored after analysis.
To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at support@platomo.app from the email address linked to your account. We will process your request within 7 business days. Local data can be cleared immediately by clearing your browser's site data.
If you have a premium subscription, you can manage it from your device's App Store settings. On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. You can also access subscription management from the Profile page in the app.
