We built FITS to help you manage your wardrobe. Your data is yours — here's exactly how we handle it.
Who We Are
FITS is a wardrobe management application for iOS developed by an independent developer. If you have any questions about this policy, you can contact us at annabelle.le.anh@gmail.com.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide the FITS service.

We do not collect precise location data, contact lists, microphone audio, or browsing history.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the FITS app
- To authenticate you and sync your data across devices
- To power AI features (outfit suggestions, autofill, trip planning, shopping)
- To process and manage your subscription via RevenueCat
- To enforce free-tier usage limits
- To respond to your support requests
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
We do not use your wardrobe data to train AI models for third parties, serve ads, or build marketing profiles.
Third-Party Services
FITS uses the following trusted third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any advertising networks or data brokers.
Photos and AI Processing
When you use the AI autofill feature, your photo is sent to an AI service to extract clothing attributes (color, category, style, etc.). Photos are processed securely and are not stored by the AI provider for training purposes beyond what is described in their service agreements.
Photos you upload to your wardrobe are stored securely in your private Supabase storage bucket and are only accessible to you.
Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the service. When you delete an item from your wardrobe, it is permanently removed from our database.
If you request account deletion, we will permanently delete all your data within 30 days. To request deletion, email annabelle.le.anh@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account".
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — Request that we correct inaccurate data
- Deletion — Request permanent deletion of your account and data
- Portability — Request an export of your wardrobe data
- Objection — Object to certain types of processing

Children's Privacy
FITS is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), row-level security on all database tables (your data is only accessible with your authenticated credentials), and secure file storage with private access controls.
No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. If you discover a security issue, please report it to annabelle.le.anh@gmail.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of FITS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
