Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
I purchased Premium but the app still shows Free. What do I do?
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. This syncs your purchase with your account. If the issue persists, contact us with your Apple ID email.
Can I use FITS on multiple devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same account on any device and your wardrobe and Premium status will sync automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
FITS subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, open your iPhone's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, find FITS, and tap Cancel. You retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select your FITS purchase to submit a refund request.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us at annabelle.le.anh@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and we will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.
The AI autofill isn't working. What's wrong?
Make sure you have a stable internet connection. AI features require network access. If the issue continues, force-quit the app, reopen it, and try again. Still stuck? Let us know.
Is my wardrobe data private?
Yes. Your data is stored securely and is never shared with or sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
